All paints will be supplied by me. 

You will need to supply all other decorating sundries including fillers and caulks.

Full payment on satisfactory completion.

Essentially you'll be working under the Dadson Decorators name and I currently have 100% feedback on Checkatrade so it's imperative that the job is completed to the highest possible standards. 

The house will be unoccupied and empty whilst the work is being carried out and new carpets will also be fitted throughout the entire house after the decorating has been completed.

The house is a 3 bed semi.

Easy parking on the driveway and access to the house. 

The job is located in Madginford, Maidstone, ME15 8LS

A confirmed start date is Monday 8th February and completion must be within 3 weeks. 

The job will need to be completed on a fixed price basis as detailed below. Depending on the costs will ultimately decide on what elements will be subbed out but this this will definitely include Price 1 and 2.

Unfortunately access isn't available until Saturday 6th February to actually visit the property. However, there are some photos below which clearly show the rooms and what is required.

I am happy to go with estimates/ballpark figures with a view to confirming the fixed price as its just general run of the mill works.   

My mistake that I didn't get any photos of the lounge or dining room but these are just standard rooms with a ceiling and 4 walls! Nothing out of the ordinary. 

Please price as below.

Strip wallpaper in 3 bedrooms and make good the walls for painting.

Prep walls in the lounge, dining room, hallway, stairs and landing all for painting. Walls are currently artex so very little prep required.

Fill gaps and holes around door frames and skirting boards as required.

Prep all woodwork (as areas above) as required including sanding and filling as necessary.

Paint ceilings as required

Gloss paint all areas as mentioned above with 2 coats of Quick Dry Dulux Trade.

Paint all rooms/areas with 2 coats of Dulux Diamond Matt
